How do I book a service?
Booking is easy! Simply click the 'Book Online Now' button in our header to view our availability and select the service that best fits your pet's needs. Pricing varies so it is just a "Request Form"Or just call at 805-840-8453.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit are fully refundable. For shorter notice, a partial fee may apply to respect our sitters' schedules.Â
What happens during a Meet & Greet?
This is a vital first step! We come to your home to meet you and your pets, learn their routine, go over and need to know facts and ensure we're the perfect match for your furry loved one.
How do you ensure my pet's safety?
Safety is our top priority. We are fully insured, trained in pet first aid, and always stay in close communication with photos and updates after every visit.
What is included in each visit?
Each visit includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or walks, play time, and lots of love. We share lots of check-ins with you via text and provide as many pictures and videos as you would like. We also offer basic home tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants, cleaning etc..Â
